CONFIGURING FIREFOX

These instructions let you configure Firefox to bring up our home page as the default home page. Why? Because it's a good idea to have your ISP's home as your default home page. It's your springboard to the Web. You can make bookmarks to your favorite places on the Web.

ON A PC:
  1. Open up Firefox.

  2. In the address/location field that's near the top, next to the Home icon (the icon looks like a small house), clear out whatever is already there, type http://www.mm.com/ and press the Enter/Return key on your keyboard.

  3. Pull down the Tools menu and select Options.

  4. Click on the General icon once to highlight it. Under Home Page and Location(s):, click the Use Current Page button.

If your screen is split, click on General on the left-hand side. On the right-hand side under Home Page and Location(s):, click the Use Current Page button.

  5. Click OK.
Click the Home button to bring up our home page.

ON A MAC:
  1. Open up Firefox.

  2. In the address/location field that's near the top, clear out whatever is already there, type http://www.mm.com/ and press the Enter/Return key on your keyboard.

  3. Pull down the Firefox menu.

  4. Select Preference.

  5. With the Main icon highlighted, click Use Current Page.

  6. Click the red ball in the upper left to close.

  7. Tell it to Save if it asks.
