Configuring Internet Explorer (PC)

These instructions let you configure Microsoft Internet Explorer to bring up our home page as the default home page. Why? Because it's a good idea to have your ISP's home as your default home page. It's your springboard to the Web. You can make favorites (bookmarks) to your favorite places on the Web.

  1. Open up Microsoft's Internet Explorer by double-clicking on the icon for it.

  2. In the Address field at the top, clear out whatever is already there, type http://www.mm.com/ and press the Enter/Return key on your keyboard.

  3. Pull down the Tools menu, select Internet Options. In the Home Page section, click the Use Current button, click Apply, click OK.

(If it won't display our home page, pull down the Tools menu, select Internet Options. In the Home Page section, enter http://www.mm.com/ in the Address field, click Apply, then Click OK.) Click the Home button to bring up our home page.

If you're using an older version of Microsoft's Internet Explorer (the icon is either a world with a magnifying glass in front of it or a large lower-case "e"), find Options and select either the Navigation or Start With tab.
