IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM ...

Make sure the username, password and phone number were entered correctly. If not, correct all mistakes.

If all settings are correct, do a proper shutdown of your computer (and turn off your modem if it's an external modem). After about 10 seconds, turn your computer and modem back on. This solves about 90% of problems. Try dialing in again. If you still have a problem or get an error message, note the problem/message, then call our office (651-681-8018). If you're online and just have a question, you can E-mail help@mm.com

PLEASE REMBER . . .

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ANTI-VIRUS SOFTWARE ON ALL YOUR COMPUTERS. MAKE SURE TO RUN IT AND UPDATE IT FREQUENTLY!! COMPUTER VIRUSES CAN BE ACQUIRED THROUGH OTHER MEANS THAN E-MAIL.

SOFTWARE TO COMBAT ADWARE AND SPYWARE IS ALSO A GOOD IDEA!

To COMBAT ADWARE, GO HERE.

NOTE: Ad-Aware is the name of the software that corrects the problem. Adware is the bad guy; it's not what you want. Yes, the names are very close. A good way to remember is: You're aware you need Ad-Aware.

TO COMBAT SPYWARE, GO HERE.
