- The Online Payment interface wants me to pay with PayPal and I don't want to.
Do I have to use PayPal?
- Can I pay online?
Yes. Simply click on the Pay Online link in the upper right on our home page,
or any of the pages in our Tech Support section.
- Can I have an automatic payment system?
Yes. However, we'll need two things from you first:
i. An e-mail or phone call from you stating that you would like your invoices to be
automatically charged to the information we have on file.
ii. We also need to have your information on file. You can either: 1) pay your current
invoice online, or 2) call our office at 651.681.8018 when it's convenient for you and give
us the information. After that, your invoices will be automatically charged to the information
on file.
- The Online Payment interface wants me to pay with PayPal and I don't want to. Do I have to use
PayPal?
No. You don't have to use PayPal if you don't want to.
To pay without using PayPal:
- Near the top, enter the amount you're paying on the left, then click on Update or Update Totals.
- Scroll down to where it says, "Don't have a PayPal Account? Use your credit card or bank account?" Click on Continue
whether you have a PayPal account or not. Or, it may say, "Pay with debit or credit card if you don't have a PayPal account".
Again, click on this whether you have a PayPal account or not.
- Enter your information. Click Review Order and Continue.
Note: if you have a PayPal account and enter the same e-mail address that's
registered with your PayPal account, it will try to direct you to your PayPal account. If you have a different e-mail alias here,
use that address for your online payment.
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ANTI-VIRUS SOFTWARE ON ALL YOUR COMPUTERS.
MAKE SURE TO RUN IT AND UPDATE IT
FREQUENTLY!! COMPUTER VIRUSES CAN BE ACQUIRED THROUGH OTHER MEANS THAN
E-MAIL.
